Processing Times
As a 3D print shop, many of our products are made to order. Please allow the following processing times:
- Processing time: 2–10 business days (depending on print complexity and current order volume)
- Domestic shipping: 1–3 business days
Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Package weight
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping on orders over €100 (domestic only).
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your package.
Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom 3D prints may require additional processing time.
We will always inform you of the expected delivery time before starting production.
Failed Prints
In rare cases, a 3D print may fail. If this happens, processing time may increase slightly.
If a failure occurs, we will notify you immediately and reprint the item at no additional cost.
International Shipping & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which vary by country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are:
Lost by the courier
Delayed due to courier service issues
Damaged during transit

Incorrect Address
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the address, and we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
